Mainly used in the textile industry, warp , fabric finishing agents , vinylon fiber raw materials ; construction and decoration industries 107 plastic , interior and exterior paints , adhesives ; chemical industry as a polymeric emulsifier, dispersant and polyvinyl formal, shrink acetaldehyde, butyral resin ; paper industry adhesives for paper products ; agriculture for soil improvers, pesticide synergist and PVA adhesive film ; also used cosmetics and high-frequency quenching agent aspect

How to use

Polyvinyl alcohol resin products at below 95 ℃ are dissolved in hot water , but the degree of polymerization , alcoholysis of different levels , the alcoholysis of the dissolution times of different ways , with some differences in temperature , so the use of different brand polyvinyl alcohol resin, the dissolution method , and time needs to be explored .

When dissolved, can be stirring slowly add the product in cold water about 20 ℃ fully swollen , fragmented and volatile materials escape ( Do not add water above 40 ℃ to dissolve the product directly to avoid packet and leather -like solution endogenous phenomenon ) , and then heated to about 95 ℃ accelerated dissolution and heat 2 ~ 2.5 hours , until the solution no longer contains tiny particles , and then through 28 mesh stainless steel filter impurities , you can reserve
